Les initiales RWT signifient « Red Winemaking Trial » (Essai de Vinification Rouge), nom donné au projet en interne lors de son développement au début des années 1990. Naturellement, n’étant désormais plus un « essai », le RWT Shiraz a été lancé en mai 2000 avec le millésime 1997. D’un point de vue stylistique, RWT est un vin contemporain, opulent et finement équilibré. Il constitue un contraste intéressant avec le célèbre Grange, qui adopte un style plus concentré, puissant et affirmé.

A dense wine of monstrous proportions, those who love this gritty, hedonistic style will be incandescent with pleasure. Positively glowing. This 2021 RWT is like the heart and soul of the RWT style.
