Le vin est élevé de manière classique (passage en botti de chêne de 25 hectolitres) puis il est affiné en bouteilles 8 à 10 mois. Le Barolo Gavarini Chiniera surprend par son parfum intense, ses nombreuses nuances et son grand équilibre. Il est généralement récolté avant le Casa Maté. Les derniers millésimes dégustés sont tout simplement superbes!

In most vintages, the Gavarini Chiniera is a bit more linear, but the 2021 has an extra kick of textural depth that in such a hallmark of the year.
